Home (2023)
Home is a 3D animated short film directed by Marc Van Holt at the University of Southern California. This Pixar-styled film tells the story of an orphan boy and an elderly woman who make a connection in a world ridden by war. It is currently being animated and is slated to be released in 2023. All photos are works in progress.

File Organization
All files are organized within a shared Google Drive. Clearly labeled folders make file navigation easy and manageable for new artists and team members. Permissions are carefully managed to prevent accidental data loss.
Master Schedule
Waterfall schedule used to track the progress of the production on a macro scale. Split by color into pre-production, production, and post-production. Greyed out regions indicate past weeks. Yellow regions indicate partial crew ramp up/down. Conditional formatting makes editing the schedule a breeze.
Master Tracking List
Created to track every facet of production on a micro scale. Color coded to indicate stage of production (Green = completed tasks, Yellow = current tasks, Gray = future tasks). Meticulous conditional formatting makes expansion of tasks easy and clear to understand. Data validation used to indicate stage of assignment through a dropdown list.
RELICS (TBD)
RELICS is a 2D animated short film directed by KC Osterberg at the University of Southern California. This story explores the complex history of the racist artifacts of this nation's past and how these artifacts still affect the present. Release date TBD. All photos are works in progress.
GRIT (2019)
GRIT is a short film directed by John Michael Wagner at the University of Southern California. The film is about an overwhelmed daughter who has to prepare her drunken father and little brother for her mother’s funeral. Cinematography by Hongshi Zhong.
